Thanks to the temperature inversion, you can enjoy blue skies and sunny slopes, while the lowlands stay cloudy. Our winter operations continue, with two main pistes open and a children’s area available as well. We are watching the forecast for Christmas Eve, when temperatures are expected to drop.
Compared to the lowlands, the conditions here are sunny and the slopes are currently quieter, so you can often ski without long queues. Skiing is available on the Slalomová piste (No. 3) along its full length and on the family-friendly Spodní Šance. The chairift to the top is running, as well as the drag lift on Spodní Šance and the connecting lift from the main car park.
We are now focusing on the weather forecast for Christmas Eve, when colder temperatures and possibly new snowfall are expected. As soon as conditions allow, we plan to restart snowmaking to provide the best possible conditions for skiing between Christmas and New Year.
Our ski rental, ski and snowboard service, and storage for equipment and personal items are open every day. The U Lanovky restaurant and the mountain inn at Blaženka chalet are also open. Details about our Christmas operating schedule will be published next week.
