The entrepreneur of the ski school (LŠ) is the company SPORT SERVICE, spol. s.r.o., IČ 468 82 006, based in Špičák 182, 340 04 Železná Ruda, registered in the commercial register maintained by Krajský soud v Plzni, oddíl C, vložka 2537.
By paying the course fee, which is always done before the begining of the course, the pupil agrese with these oparating rules.
The courses ans other possible activities organised by SKI SCHOOL ( LŠ) take place: a) in the ski area SKI&BIKE Špičák b) in the ski areas Nad nádražím a Belveder
and each pupil or contractor of LŠ who také part in the courses or other activities organised by LŠ are obliged to respect and follow the up to date operating rules for the area SKI&BIKE Špičák and the areas „Nad nádražím a Belveder“ and the contract terms of carriage for the public rail passenger transport of the chairlift Špičák na Šumavě.
LŠ offers lessons of skiing and snowboarding 1. Daily
Individual (1-2 pupils) or group lessons (3-5 pupils or 6 and more) can be unrepeated or more-day lessons.
The unrepeated lesson takes 45 or 90 minutes.
2. Weekend
Weekend courses take place on the six subsequent weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) from 9.30am to 3pm in a group of 12 pupils at most. Shortened courses for pre-school pupils take place from 9.30am to 11.30am or from 12.30 to 2.30pm in a group of 4 pupils at most. Accurate dates and times are always published on ww.spicak.cz. As for the weekend courses, the entrepreneur reserves the privilege to change the dates of the lessons due to weather conditions or bad snow conditions.
The price list of the lessons and courses (tuition fee) is published at the ski school office in the ski area SKI&BIKE Špičák and on the website www.spicak.cz.
Skipasses are not included in the price of the lesson (except the absolute beginners who ski at the children´s playground during the one-shot lessons).
The pupil is obliged to come to the lesson in advance and have good-quality and functional ski or snowboard equipment including a helmet and gloves. In case of faulty equipment (damaged skis, binding, not having a helmet) the instructor has the right to refuse the lesson of the pupil. Paid tuition fee is not refunded.
The pupil (eventually his/her legal representative) is obliged to write a true statement about his/her health state or possible health complications (e.g. fear of heights, allergy). The employee of LŠ has the right to exclude the pupil from the lessons, whose health state or health complications do not enable him/her to participate in the lessons for the reasons of safety and health protection. Paid tutition fee is not refunded in case of such exclusion.
The lessons run at any weather.
In case of pupil´s late arrival at the lesson, LŠ cannot guarantee the whole lesson because other lessons follow. The tuition fee is not reduced.
If the pupil does not respect the orders of the instructor or employees of the ski area SKI&BIKE Špičák or breaks these operating rules, he/she can be expelled from the lessons. Paid tuition fee is not refunded.
. At purchase of the one-shot lesson the pupil receives detailed information where he/she should come before the beginning of the lesson and where the lesson will take place. Pupils of the weekend courses find these pieces of information on www.spicak.cz.
The legal representative of the under-age pupil is obliged to wait for the under-age pupil after the lesson at the place which is agreed in advance.
The pupil (or his/her legal representative) is obliged to announce whichever detriment in a written form immediately after the end of the weekend lesson in the registered office of the operator. Otherwise the detriment will not be accepted.
In more-day courses the tuition fee is refunded just in case of illness or injury which is documented by a medical report.
